Services Overview

In - Home Meeting. A M.T. Supreme Construction project leader meets with you at home to discuss, in detail the scope of your project and your goals. The meeting takes approximately 1-2 hours and there is no cost to you and no obligation. At this time we may take site measurements and photos. This is a good time to ask question about how the construction process works.

Proposal / Bid. M.T. Supreme Construction utilizes your ideas and specifications taken from the in-home visit to prepare a written proposal with recommendations and outlining any options available to you for your particular project. This is our formal bid for your construction project, with a timeline and budget to meet your goals.

Selection / Pre-Construction. Upon selection of M.T. Supreme Construction as your contractor, we assign a project leader reviews the work plan with you, from project timeline to budget considerations, so you know what to expect. The next step would be to enter into a construction contract so that the actual work can begin. The contract describes the scope of the job, including the dates for the start of the project, completion date, the cost of the job and list the specific materials to be used, i.e. quantity, color, size, quality, brand name, etc. The contract also includes fee structure and payment arrangements, and conditions for final payment.

Construction. With M.T. Supreme Construction, you receive individual attention both in the field and in the office from start to finish. Communication is the key to completing a quality, on time project to your specifications. Construction begins after an on-site walk trough of the area to be remodeled is conducted, to confirm the detail of your project. Items covered include: identifying areas that need to be cleared or protected, approved hours of construction, home security, and the need for temporary facilities for kitchen and bath functions when remodeling begins. Protective covers to flooring and plastic barriers are always installed to minimize any inconveniences of construction. A clean job site is a safe job site, not only for workers and homeowners. M.T. Supreme Construction will ensure your project is clean on a daily basis as well as at the completion of your project.

Change Orders. Change Orders Any change to the scope of your project is properly handled with a written change order. Change orders can arise from a building official’s request or simply at the home owner’s discretion. Change orders are considered addendums to the construction contract and may affect the project completion date.

Post-Construction. When your project nears completion, the project leader conducts a walk-through with you to identify any outstanding items. A final checklist is compiled and reviewed with you. Once all items on this final checklist have been completed, it is reviewed again and signed by both parties. At this time we may ask for your permission to take photographs for our Showcase Gallery. We are proud of our finished project, and we rely on your referrals.
